Warburg Investment Corporation is a diversified specialty finance consulting company. Our specialization is in purchasing of specialty finance instruments consisting of deferred payment obligations where the obligor is of high quality and the owners are individuals who may have a preference for receiving some or all of these future payments in a cash lump sum upfront instead of waiting for all the payments to become due. We pursue our own deals in this area as well as consulting to other firms that either wish to enter this specialized field or improve the performance of their existing business in this field.

Warburg was formed with two key concepts in mind.  First, the idea was to create a stable and well managed platform providing hard to find advice and expertise in the purchase, sale and securitization of esoteric financial assets.  Second, to develop a close relationship with the key players in each area and develop a mutually beneficial symbiotic relationship with those firms.  By focusing on delivering a high quality product to a select number of firms, Warburg hopes to enhance our clients' revenue growth by providing them with critical assistance and advice regarding investment in specialty finance products.
